Some scientists speculate artificial sweeteners trigger appetite, or inhibit brain cells that signal the feeling of being full.

I read that in a health newsletter in the late '80s. I have told a number of diet soda drinkers that but they shrug their shoulders and hoist another diet soda.

I know in myself, I start to feel hungry pretty soon after having a diet soda. No other drinks trigger that feeling. I’m trying not to have the poison anymore...
