Other reports have stated that 100,000 dollars have been deposited in the “victim’s” bank account by others since the event.

Well, do you think that will make this go away? Yep, I suspect it will.

Unlimited resources, power, money, best lawyers have an impact. Money talks. Even if you are a slimy Commie Bastard.

“Too much is now coming out about this woman and if you were DSK, wouldn’t you use all your resources to defend yourself?” That’s what struck me as well. All of a sudden, the demons from hell were unleashed (motivated by $$ no doubt).Perhaps the truth is somewhere in the middle, but there is a stench here.

If he’s innocent, a lot of people are going ot look like total idiots, the DM among them who were quick enough to condemn him. The women protesting in the streets against rape, the feminists, the neighbors who he was on excellent relations with and I can’t imagine how this is affecting his daughter.

Certainly with her credibility compromised, the prosecution has its work cut out. But, as I understand it, her credibility issues arise from her immigration status, association with unsavory characters and purportedly drug dealings. It is possible that while she is not pure as the driven snow, the rape also took place.

Her being a prostitute may be a stretch if, as was written in the early days of this soap opera, she lives in public housing specially set aside for HIV/AIDS sufferers. Also, over the past weeks there have been several revelations about DSK’s escapades, but I haven’t read of any ‘clients’ of the woman having stepped forward (but who would?). I also can’t reconcile the idea of rich, powerful men staying in $3500/night hotel suites not ordering up the city’s best prostitutes if they’re after pay-for sex. It just doesn’t add up, but none of this makes much sense. The evidence is that there was sex, now its nature is an open question.

Fourth scenario...

New York is rotten to the core and if you can pay there you can pay anywhere...

Strauss-Kahn is a modern day Marquis de Sade, an aristocratic serial rapist and quite possibly an accomplished killer.

He got caught up with an equally conniving piece of shiite and there was an unavoidable scene.

So, now the New York establishment has to run this big puppet show to find out if this raped whore has any information on any of the other equally filthy VIP characters they love before they arrange a cover up and her death...

So how does one get accused of anything if they keep their johnson in their paints and their sperm off the employees.

It may well be true, given that DSK is released on his own cognisance it probably is true, but on the other hand it was expected that the defence would throw this kind of dirt around, whether true or not.

Typical Clintonian Deny... Delay... Destroy tactic.

Worked beautifully, for the Bent One.

The biggest problem is that the accuser will be forced to testify in a trial. If her character is so shady and her story has holes in it (I understand the latter to be the biggest reason why the case is likely to be dropped), then there’s no way any marginally competent prosecutor would let it go to trial. If he did, he would stand a very good chance of having the alleged victim turn into the star witness for the defense.

She and her partners figured out how to game the system, and has been doing it quite successfully. Sexual crimes in America? The accused white male is guilty until proven innocent. It’s a trend, fashion, just like the so-called Recovered Memory Syndrome was in fashion during the 80s, destroying lives of thousands of innocent men. Nowadays it’s Catholic priests and other white males.

This is New York where a man was accused of sexual harassment for holding a door open for a woman. (A European pointed me to a link in a New York newspaper.)

The prosecutor (one Cyrus Vance, Jr, wouldn’t you know) is now trying to figure out how drop the charges with minimal damage to New York’s treasury, as the accused criminal is certain to sue.

I recognize the problems with her story, and with her as a witness. Those closer to the case should make the decision. From my distance I still say the case should be made against the annoying acronym, who may very well be guilty without ever being convicted or even tried - he seems to have been so several times before.

There is physical evidence of sexual contact, including trauma; there are the witnesses to a traumatized woman after the attack she’s alleged; there are the police who deal with rape cases, and their professional opinions; and facing that there’s a smirking socialist with almost inexhaustible funds to influence the media and, by doing so, the justice system.

Let it all be heard in open court, even if he’s not convicted. Would you trust this skell with a woman you cared about as his employee or servant? Let it be widely known all that there is to be made public in this case.

If this woman isn’t an American citizen, and she is engaging in both prostitution and international intrigue tying up the court system with her accusations against a powerful figure, isn’t she the very definition of an undesirable alien?

Even if she has permanent residency, can’t she be deported for this behavior?
............................................................

At the least we could put her in with Obama’s Aunt Zuni, in a Boston slum. Deporting is such a hard thing to do.

Anytime now you can expect the Justice Brothers to come rushing to the defense of the aggrieved 'sister.'

If you watch other threads on this topic, you’ll notice how the posters previous rush to judgment is being defended.
Not to speak of Frankophobia, and the ever popular misandry.

But it’s difficult to believe that a Euro man of DSK’s
position would engage in forced rape. Surely, Shirley, it’s
not impossible.

I say, given the current anti white male climate in the U.S., the whole affair smells of a Nifong case deja vu all over again.

Amazingly, I predicted this a couple of days after the alleged attack. I even noted the prostitution aspect.
