Brewers to pay tribune [sic] to Negro League Saturday

MILWAUKEE - The Milwaukee Brewers plan to pay tribune (sic) to the Negro League at Saturday's game against the Reds.

The Brewers will wear reproductions of uniforms worn by the Milwaukee Bears, the city's 1923 representative in the Negro National League.

Sorry. I just had to post this for comment. Who wrote this article? I realize that less than half of the senior classes actually graduate from the Milwaukee Public schools each year, but this is ridiculous.

Not sure this deserves a Wisconsin ping, except for a good laugh. And our teachers want more money? more vacation? more sick leave? less work load? smaller classes?

I don’t know what to say! I wonder what prompted someone to make this parody? The funniest part to me was the phony prof in the crocheted hat pretending to be from Fresno State University. Pretty true to life. (I went there for a semester back in the day.)

At least they spelled everything right.
