There have not been any problems in states that have minimal or no training requirements.

Pennsylvania has never had any training requirement. You don’t see news articles about PA CCW holders shooting up the landscape. We know enough to get trained even without a requirement.

I renewed my permit a few months ago. Training was decent, and the legal go through was excellent.
The biggest part of training has to be outside of the class room. Time at the range, practice draws, and experience.
So far there has not been one accidental shooting since the new law.
