AGAIN....Ryan didn’t order the wine, when verbally attacked, he asked about the wine, found out the cost and insisted on paying for one of the bottles. HIS money is HIS whether from his salary as a Congressman OR private earnings....if you want to champion the slashing of Congressional salaries go right ahead....just do not attack a man for using his salary to buy anything. He did not use Government money, he used his own.
Like the guy said upthread.....should the military be told how to spend their money since the defense budget is so high?

When I used to imbibe and go to dinner my wine choice was Moet & Chandon Brut. Or for a special occasion -- like it was a Tuesday :-), I'd order... Dom Perignon Brut.
