They state in the suit, filed Wednesday, that putting DSS outside of the city of Hudson, in which city, the suit claims, 54 percent of clients live, will put an undue burden on those in need of services.

Undue Burden?? Geez what about the undue burden these recipients place on those of us who work so they can eat. You want your free money walk the 2 miles to get it...Many of us have to commute farther than that to earn it for you.

You are right. Most people in NY State commute a lot more than 2 miles to get to work. But these people, for generations, have had everything handed to them. And the city politicians like it that way because most of the money stays in the city. I would wager somebody put these deadbeats up to the lawsuit.
