Anders Behring Breivik is a conservative Christian who enjoys classical music and the video game World of Warcraft.
Breivik has been named by several Norwegian media outlets as the suspected shooter at a youth camp in Oslo, where 10 people were killed Friday and he may be linked to a bombing near the prime minister's residence that killed seven others.
On his Facebook page, which appears to only have been started July 17, Breivik mostly posted music videos and said his interests include hunting and bodybuilding.
Under education, Breivik wrote he studied independently, noting he has "approximately 14,500 hours of study" equivalent to a bachelor of business administration and masters in history, as well as "3,000 hours of study in micro and macro finance, religion ."

Whattya know? Muslims.

Everybody in Norway speaks some kind of dialect. The Eastern dialect comes from Østfold County which is southeast of Oslo. You can tell instantly where some one is from by the way they speak Norwegian.
The police performed despicably and the press is not even pointing this out.
They entered the island, but waited for him to run out of ammunition on the children before arresting him.
Here are the valiant police cowering behind their van while a gunman shoots children.
Just as bad a performance as the Indian police in Mumbai.
Same here....it seems way too complex for one person to set off a OKC type bomb, then take a boat to a remote island and shoot 80 some people.
If he was a “Far Right” type, then he could be allied with Muslims. Both hate Jews and the decadent western culture.
Far fetched....anymore , anything is possible.
“Aryan Nations” type groups refer to themselves as “Christian identity” groups. It has nothing to do with Christianity, but simply means that they are not of Jewish or other similar background; generally, it also means that they are of Northern European descent.
I’d be really surprised if this guy turns out to be affiliated with any church or any form of Christianity. However, these people do refer to themselves as Christian, although it is more of an ethnic designator than indicating anything about religious beliefs.
I guess there are just so many unanswered questions to all of this. Now the MSM are really hammering the who1e “right wing extremist Christian fundy” thing. Ugh!
Not true for the euro masons who are the main active ones in that world region...that being said, they are mostly leftists (in the American sense of the word). In any case...I'm sure this man will be found to be a fraud..he gives all masons a bad name. There will be a lot of interested people on the left and right who will be looking to clear the organizations name of this monster.
That’s absolutely disgusting!
VT writ large. “Heavens, we might make him madder if we dare move in right away!”
I never saw it. By the time I clicked the link, it was fone. I’ve been forwarded a few actual links from Breivik, though. His YouTube video, where he explains why he did it:

His manifesto, which he obviously has been working on for a while:

These are not fakes - they are the real things. He informed Norwegian police about them.
One of my friends said that the camp he shot up was actually a training camp for young people interested in getting involved with the Labor Party - very Liberal. This apparently was some kind of political statement about the Left.
What do you mean ‘he informed the police’ about the manifesto? How, when, why?
No big thing, but it's spelled 'also'. Synonym of 'too'.
Apparently he gave the police some links, according to my friend. He had a long manifesto about Europe and multiculturalism and Muslims written up, that he wanted everybody to see. Those were the two links she sent me.
I’m not going to read 1500 pages, but the 12 minute video apparently does a good job of explaining his positions.
Saw enough of the video to get an idea of his views.
He meant to spell Oslo, the city, not also...

I admit that I was wrong. Breivik is indeed the prime suspect, and that did not go away over the weekend as I predicted.
And the 1389 Blog has a statement from our colleague Fjordman:
http://1389blog.com/2011/07/23/fjordman-speaks-out/
None of this rules out some sort of islamic connection to the Oslo atrocities, or for that matter to the mid-1990s Oklahoma City bombing. Nor is it necessarily true that Breivik is a “Christian fundamentalist”, etc.
Now the “experts” (?) are saying that “domestic terrorists” are learning new ways to stage terror attacks from “Al Qaeda” (from the international muslim jihad, really). This might especially include learning how to build and use a “fertilizer bomb”.
But I am skeptical that a “domestic terrorist” could successfully make and deploy a “fertilizer bomb” without hands-on training from a jihadist. Am I wrong again?
That’s interesting. Thanks.
