Very interesting. Note the Silver Star was awarded in 1991! The date alone indicates a questionable award.

Men who claim awards for heroism when not entitled are lower than pond scum.

Thanks for the ping...although I read the court docs and now I need my mind washed to get even the descriptions of the crap he finds enjoyable, out of it. It is very upsetting.

Thing is, this type of thing isn’t a late onset condition. He has been up to this horrific behavior for years. Probably also in VN. How many kids there have stories? He stated that his “OCD” began in VN...betcha it did.

Back in 2004, there were a few old articles I found that talked about how Sanders was helping other vets get awards that they may have deserved but were not requested by their superiors. I wonder if they uncovered a broader problem than just his Silver Star. It would be hard for my opinion of him to be lowered — but that would do it.
