SALT LAKE CITY Despite being heralded by his defense team as a poster child for civil disobedience in the same vein of historical figures like Gandhi or Rosa Parks, a judge on Tuesday rejected any such comparison for Tim DeChristopher and said the rule of law must prevail.

Catch me Thurston!
A lefty enviro monkey-wrencher is actually going to do a little hard time!!
Let’s hope the “Yes Men” take it to heart when they plan their next stunt.

There needs to be some substantial financial skin in these games.
Yep I agree. Non Refundable fee. You want to bid you buy in. Texas Hold Em style.
He will be doing a little partying at a minimum security joint in Littleton, CO. But I hear they still only have one shower.
That is a mighty small looking rope.
