If Republicans had any spine or sense of duty they would refuse to vote on any budget plan until 0bamaCare is repealed.

End of story. BTW they won't ever repeal it. Repeal Sen Nelson for this ever passing.

I don’t want to be a downer but if 0bamaCare isn’t repealed our economy is finished and so is the field of medicine.
