He doesn’t actually have a degree in anything. His diplomas — if he has any — aren’t worth the paper they’re written on. He was waved through at every stage of his academic life because of his skin color. The only thing he learned was how to fool guilty dumb white pseudo-intellectuals into thinking he had something worthwhile to offer. He rode that horse all the way to the White House, in large part due to the fact that virtually the entire MSM is populated by guilty dumb white pseudo-intellectuals.
He probably got his early training in this art by learning to manipulate his mother, who was a guilty dumb white pseudo-intellectual on a good day.
