yet Hawaii refuses to allow inspection of the original
There is not one on file. That is why they refuse.

The Document the state of Hawaii produced was an “abstracted copy” that could have been a summary of any one of a number of documents.

In order to comply with the order to compel, the state of Hawaii would have to produce all of the documents they relied on to produce the abstract.

I suspect that that is part of the issue.

FWIW, an Abstracted Copy, ie “short form birth certificate” is not valid to legally obtain a passport or drivers license.

Documents, what documents? Yes, it is obvious that they had to conjure what was not there. My suspicion is they retrieved data from an application for late filing of a birth that was never acted upon, because of lack of the required documentation. Plus data abstracted from other COLB's of the period. But, I am doubtful that the state of HI actually created the final electronic document that was released to the public. I am still in disbelief that Obozo's techies would release a document that is so clearly fraudulent.

He released it, so now he owns it. It is "his" responsibility if proven fraudulent, he can no longer deny accepting it as fact.
