Since he did not use the "document" to secure a passport, driver license, etc. I would assume that there is no legal fraud.
OTOH, in the court of public opinion - if proven to be a fabrication from "records", he would be toast ...
Since he did not use the "document" to secure a passport, driver license, etc. I would assume that there is no legal fraud. What about that, you know, that whole presidency thing we've all been talking about?
And speaking of passports etc. WHAT DID HE USE?
And you know this HOW, exactly ?
“Since he did not use the “document” to secure a passport, driver license, etc.”
Why one doesn’t have to produce a valid birth certificate to run for the Presidency, but does have to provide one for the above, is beyond me. It should be required that a valid copy be on file for public review in Washington.
Where did he get his passport? Magic??? He sealed that also. We know he traveled to Pakistan and Indonesia.
The fraud is the pay he gets for president and all the perks he and the fat one get.
Perhaps not on his own part, but the Hawaiian officials who certified the "document" might be in for a lot of trouble if it is indeed a fake.
I have to say, I thought the PR about issuing the subpoena was a bit of a yawner, because any attorney can do that. This has suddenly become interesting with the court actually showing some support for the subpoena. I still wouldn't be holding my breath that any rulings go Orly's way -- despite her tenacity, her track record hasn't been particularly great.
