It already has.

How many times this summer has there been a “mob” of urban youths raging around, attacking random (usually white) people who are just minding their own business? Most recently at the Wisconsin State Fair.

We are so unaccustomed to it here in the US that the people have mostly reacted with shock, and by calling the police to help - and they don’t help. For whatever reason the wayward kids are never caught, in the act or afterward, and the mobs are becoming larger and more frequent.

Like the current situation in England, they are getting away with it, so it self-perpetuates.

Our inner cities “youth” make as big an impact as they can, by attacking the right kind of targets.

Beaches.
Fairs.
Free Concerts.
Public parks.
Malls.

They are attacking places where families are certain to be. Small children, even babies. They attack in situations where they know the likelihood of having their victims fighting back is slight.

A man is not likely to engage in a serious fight when he has several young children looking on.

People who carry are less likely to shoot when there are little children and their moms mixed throughout the crowds.

Most interesting to me is that they rarely STEAL or LOOT during these mob attacks. The objective appears to be one of intimidation. That strikes me as odd considering the age ranges and the size of these gangs.

These mob attacks are appearing more and more to have been very carefully arranged.
