Quantum is a Canadian Based Company so they have better changes, granted they are at 50-50 but it is far better than an American Company who would have a 0% Chance....

Why do you think China is the leader on these? When they say they are ‘difficult to extract’ what they mean is that it pollutes like crazy. China, being a socialist utopia, does not give a rat's behind about the environment.
