Typical big city Democratic mayor politically.....but at least a MILLION times better than our former Mayor John Street. Not a difficult feat but an improvement.

I don't know much about this man, or about his politics.

Nutter is a POS Commie Pinko. He is King Rat in a masive welfare social experiment that went terribly wrong. The stuff he boldly rails against in the comfort a church, he personally championed his whole life. Unwed mothers and skip out dads. He love big massive Gov'ts pushing all types of welfare and food programs and housing. He is the embodiment of everything that ruined this country. The fact that this speech is the only solution he has for the damage he created is pathetic.

Yeah,

I’ll believe him when he starts changing policies and laws to protect fathers and families and personal accountability. His rant means nothing.

The last real law and order Mayor that city had was Frank Rizzo. I don’t think Nutty would even know how to start to successfully address these problems.

There is nothing brave about a black lib stating the obvious; they are the only ones allowed to say what he did under our Nuremberg Speech Laws.

While what Nutter said was great, why is he only saying it now?

Nutter became Mayor in Jan 2008.

Incidences of black "flash" mob violence on whites and white businesses in Philadelphia have been reported on the Internet at least as early as last summer.

Bill Cosby spoke out on this issue years ago and found no support from black politicians or celebrities.

Nutter did nothing and said nothing on this problem until now that he is up for reelection in November 2011.

I'd bet the Obama campaign is watching carefully. If white voters continue to desert him, I wouldn't be surprised if they have the racist in the White House make a similar speech. (Think Bill Clinton's 1992 Sister Souljah moment!)
