And what 1% of Marines become SEALS? Only happen if they finish their hitch in the Marines and join the Navy AND complete SEAL training (unless I’m missing something).
Yes, that’s what I meant. I have heard of it, but I think it’s SUPER rare.
There is no such thing as a currently-serving Marine who is a SEAL —never.
He might have served time in San Bernardino County jail. Good ta see ya postin’, 2111!
Had me scared there for a minute. Have read several books about the history of the SEALS and a few biographies of former SEALS and their operations and I didn’t recall any cross service members. Not that it didn’t happen, just never read or heard of it. Just checking. LOL!
Served with DEVGRU under Marcinko, killed a civilian and got away with it, drove a truck after he retired and shot himself soon after wards. The guy was a legend amongst SEALs an
d Boat Guys.
I say this is a FAKE! No doubt in my mind. None!
This is total BS, not even close. The author should try comic books next. Or lower.
As it happens, Yours Truly graduated from BUD/S Training Class 105 on Pearl Harbor Day, Dec 7th 1979. THis guy was not in the class. And none of the rest of it matches reality in any way.
Now I write fiction. But I do know the difference.
My last novel does feature a former enlisted Marine Corps scout/sniper, but it's FICTION.
There’s a U S military hospital in Hamburg? Who knew?
LOL!
(Just got back from walking the dog and saw your post.)
That cowcrap is richer than six feet up a bulls ass....
Stolen Valor ..... Hey Carl...your lower than whale shit in the Marianas trench you poser punk.
Grrrrr....
This asinine jerk has just been busted!
He was busted in every other line. Anybody who was in the Navy around SEALs would know this is total BS in the first paragraphs.
I recently bought your three “Enemies” series on Kindle. Didn’t know you were a Freeper. I really enjoyed them. Thanks. By the way, sounds like we joined about the same time. The closest I ever got to being a SEAL was thinking “I wish I had the balls to do that” when I was in boot camp in Orlando in May/June 1978.
I read the comments at the article’s link. It is obvious this guy is delusional, just as you have alluded to.
I hear you!
That was another lifetime to me now, after decades.
“As it happens, Yours Truly graduated from BUD/S Training Class 105 on Pearl Harbor Day, Dec 7th 1979. THis guy was not in the class.”
Well, nuts, there went his whole story and it was pretty entertaining, too! hehe
“I doubt any actual member of SEAL Team 6 would go around in a shirt advertising it.”
Actually, there is. We’ve got a guy here with a big ol’ truck with ‘Team 6’ on the plate. I’ve only met him once but I know for fact he was a real deal and invented that t-shirt.
Thanks Marie.
He was cured of paralysis by a laying on of hands.
Then his formerly destroyed spinal cord turned out to have a malignant tumor.
A ghost saved his life in Afghanistan, too.
