An ant got into my ear when I was a kid. I clearly remember the pain...plus it sounded like an elephant stomping around on my ear drum...boom, boom, boom. (Found out it was an ant only after it walked out.)
I guess she tried pouring something in her ear, like rubbing alcohol, but I reckon she couldn’t stand it, and had someone take her down to the doctors.
The ant might have not been as loud as a moth, but moths sure don’t sting or bite like ants do. An ant sting on an ear drum couldn’t be a good thing!!

Me too! My mom had me turn toward a lamp light and it crawled out. She exclaimed, “It’s just an ant.”
I’ll never forget the boom, boom, boom and “just an ant.”
