Can a German shepard herd sheep? Only if you spell his breed "German Shepherd". ;D

The breed was started in Germany around 1899 and it was called the Deutscher Schäferhund or German Shepherd.
They herd shep. ;)

1st, it’s “Shepherd” - shep-herd - sheep-herding. Remember the herding part.
