Was a bit weird here too this morning. Walked out of the front door and it wasn’t hot already. Have also had a few clouds...

Do you think they would race in an earthquake?

I would fear the fans would riot if they stopped the race for a earthquake...

They may need rain tars for if the hurricane goes to watch the race.

I just remembered my son, daughter and their spouses went to see a spring race at Bristol Tenn. They had a great time as they were still speaking to each other back then..

Made it, thanks for the thread. Late in - in exile in slug queen land where the hard labor never stops.
Gunna miss the race as the wife says I need some Shakespeare culture Saturday evening. The play will be like my race points - “Much Ado about Nothing”. Or it could be “All’s Well that ends Well”.

Accuweather has a 25% chance of rain Saturday day and no rain for Saturday night for Bristol.
I understand Newman might be a good pick this week...

I have benched Master Newman for the rest of the season for exceeding his privileges as a team member...

Do you think they would race in an earthquake? Nothing that a round of wedge and two turns up on the trackbar wouldn't solve.

There is a crash fest with occasional truck racin thrown in on SpeedTV...

And Happy took the checkers for his first truck win at Bristol. And that’s surprising.

Missed the carnage. Just not into truck racing.
Bend was hammered last night with 5400 lightning strikes and dozens of fires. Missed it again since we’re in the valley.
If Jana’s Raiders is going to make a move (a big IF) it’ll be now since I’ve been saving drivers for the final push.
Ya’ll have a great day.

5400? If that is true even Richard Petty can save you now...

Packing up and headed to Florence for an office visit and some R & R. at an Ocean front no-tell motel. Back to Bend tomorrow night to pick up the pieces & catch up on Danica’s news.

It’ll generate interest so I’m all for it. Time will tell whether she can make it in the Sprint Cup league but she seems to be a competitor - so -
Going out the door & be back Sunday to survey the damage.

We had lightning last night, dark clouds and thunder most of the day, then this weird substance starting coming from the sky this afternoon. Lasted for 30-45 minutes...
