Personally, I dont think the felony murder rule should be applied to the death of accomplices. I have a number of concerns myself.

Personally, I dont think the felony murder rule should be applied to the death of accomplices. Not sure why not. Had he tried to stop his buddy at any point prior to his death, or did he go along for whatever he could gain?
The third man who accompanied Mr. Shakir and Mr. Bailey is also not facing charges.
Same question - why was he there, and why is he not charged. Seems to be a lot missing in this story.
