American law doesn’t care what the parents do ~ they can’t give up the chillun’s citizenship ~

From what I understand it does. They can give away your citizenship, but when you turn 18 you can declare your allegiance to America when you register for SS. So all Barry would have to do is produce his SS draft registration and the issue would be settled.

Funny thing, though.... the draft registration for Obama was forged by somebody at the Selective Service Administration...

Like ALL of his “documentation”.

They can give away your citizenship,

Sheesh. Go argue with the State Department.

Parents cannot renounce U.S. citizenship on behalf of their minor children. Before an oath of renunciation will be administered under Section 349(a)(5) of the INA, a person under the age of eighteen must convince a U.S. diplomatic or consular officer that he/she fully understands the nature and consequences of the oath of renunciation, is not subject to duress or undue influence, and is voluntarily seeking to renounce his/her U.S. citizenship.
