A 6 year old boy raised till then by American Hating parents is certainly not going to be loyal at that point, and maybe never after!

From a legal standpoint, this argument is meaningless.

Certainly a boy could have been raised in Soviet Russia till he was 21, and could meet the Presidential Age requirement by the time he was 35.

As long as he was born a U.S. citizen and didn't renounce that citizenship, sure. Why have a 14 year residency requirement if it was necessary for the President to reside here his whole life?

I see you on these threads relentlessly. Always defending Obama. Whatever floats your boat.

Just out of curiosity, which of Obama’s lies do you find most troubling? Are you aware that he lied about his basic childhood facts? Does that bother you at all? Does the fact that he fits the profile of a pathological liar to a tee bother you? If so, could you give me a link where you’ve ever expressed your concerns [re: Obama’s honesty and integrity (particularly re: his lies about his childhood)]? I grant I could well have missed it. I would find it fascinating reading, though, so if out of courtesy you could link me, I’d appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

And that is always the argument from your side. Always what is the "technicalities" involved, rather than the principles involved. I, on the other hand, have always regarded the letter of the law to be subservient to the spirit of the law, and have little tolerance for legal sophistry.

The 14 years of residency was to build bonds to a specifically American Community so as to impart a sense of Belonging. I doubt they considered the possibility of a child being Raised by American Hating parents and transported at a very young age to live in a non American environment for many of his formative years.

Who would have thought that a guy that subsequently immersed himself in Racial hatred ideology, refused to wear an American flag pin, refused to salute at the national anthem, and demonstrated a hatred of everything American in so many ways, would turn out to be an Anti-American President?
