Because Christine O’Donnell is a nut.

That's one opinion but she knew much more about limited government than any of her opponents in Delaware. Plus, Christine O'Donnell fully understands the reality of the First Amendment as it applies to religious freedom.

Amateurs should never try to organize a political event.

This is so unprofessional.

Personally, if I were Palin, I’d tell them not to invite me. Dealt with *THIS* nonsense enough times.

Gal wants a date on Friday.

Gets and invitation from me. Accepts my invitation.

Wednesday, the dude she really wanted asked her out, so she goes out with him.

Then I show up for my ‘date’ on Friday and nobody comes. Or I get a note the day before saying that something has come up.

Totally bogus. I feel badly for Christine. She’s handled this with class.

After Palin’s associates made it known that Palin was reconsidering her participation, the organizers once again disinvited O’Donnell.

Nor cool on Palin's part if true.

>> “Of course, to the casual observer, the moderate and independent voters that aren’t paying a lot of attention and just see this story in passing, this is going to look like Sarah is being a prima donna, and doesn’t want to share the limelight” <<

.
That appears to be what the schmucks were trying to make it look like, but I think it will fail when it all unfolds.

So you say. Who are you, why should anyone care? He said you said isn’t worth any further reply. What you intend to do, do quickly. I wasn’t speaking with you, don’t know you or what your goals are fanning flames on these threads posting this same thing again and again. Trollish behavior at best.

This article is quite interesting. Don’t know how true, but Peter Hamby has been a reliable reporter re Palin:

‘After confusion, Palin back on the program for Iowa rally.’

"If she wants to be taken seriously, she has to be able to get out in front of these ‘silly’ stories and either handle them quietly behind the scenes, or have a spokesperson who can quash it before it becomes an issue. As a previous poster said, now she just appears to be a giant prima donna who doesn’t want to share the stage with another big name."

Given the billing this event had in regards to the possibility of her announcing her intentions, she should have had someone in constant communication with the event organizers from the beginning. IOW, the CO invite would never have even happened if her team had approached this with even a bit of professionalism.

After a dizzying day that saw members of her inner circle threaten to pull Sarah Palin's participation in a rally Saturday

There is the problem. 'Inner Circle' bullsh*t. Sounds to me like someone in the "inner circle" has been behind all of this b.s.

It doesn't even sound like Gov Palin to refuse to be on the stage with O'Donnell. I don't believe it.

Nonsense!

This was a screw-up caused by the mendacious actions of an amateur Perry meddler.

The Palin source said O'Donnell's representatives misled the tea party group about the extent of the governor's relationship with O'Donnell.

O'Donnell's representatives told event organizers that she would be in Iowa on the date of the rally and would like to come by and "say hi" to Palin, the source said. O'Donnell was then added to the speaking agenda.

The source told CNN that O'Donnell aides lied to organizers and said Palin had been communicating via text message with O'Donnell about the rally.

"The governor hasn't spoken to her in a year," the Palin source said of O'Donnell.

Palin advisers said earlier Wednesday that Palin might make a separate showing on Friday in Des Moines to meet with supporters, but that appearance is not confirmed.

Hmm.

RINO-cowboy King indeed. Makes me cringe.

I am patient for Lady Sarah to announce whenever the LORD decides is the right time. :)

Well isn't that interesting...

According to that article, this is all a result of O'Donnell lying to the event organizers about her relationship with Palin. Even claiming they were texting each other about the event...something the Palin people claim never happened.

Wait... Karl Rove points out the flaws with O’Donnell, and he is made into the ultimate RINO villain. Yet, Palin does this, and she is a-ok, perfectly reasonable, and intelligent?

Why is Rove bad for dissing O’Donnell, but Palin good?

I remember when anyone dared to point out the flaws with O’Donnell, how they were labeled RINOs, haters, and misogynists. Yet, when Palin does it, suddenly all of what was said by others becomes true?

Wow... just wow.

As an avid Palin supporter (check the history out) I’m tired of this. She either does, or she doesn’t - soon, by damn. I’m tired of ‘signs’ of this and that, I’m tired of retreaded polls, I’m tired of speculations. Do it or don’t do it - get it done if you’re gonna do it Sarah.

"Someone is grinding an ax here either for O'Donnell or Palin Perry. It looks bad all the way around."

This moronic Perry pushing putz is giving us a real glimpse into a Perry future.
