I’m hoping the trend continues so Illinois can be a great example of what it looks and feels like to live in a Leftist Utopia!

The Laffer curve is sometimes just an excuse to spend more money. If Illinois wants to improve its job market, they will have to cut taxes a tiny bit and cut SPENDING a lot, to put themselves more in line with other states. They can reduce the taxes after their spending is in line, and they then will be more competitive with neighboring states in the Midwest.

A combination of high taxes, overspending and red tape do nothing but chase away job creators and leave too many citizens without jobs. Springfield Washington needs to act now and reverse course.

Fixed it...the problem is not unique to IL, it's a plague infesting every state and town governed by Democrats.

Butt boil as it may be, Illinois still pays more in federal taxes than it receives.
