Great idea--this needs to be part of the TeaParty "platform", as much as there exists such a thing. It goes to the heart of how the Feds have usurped the rights our Founding Fathers fought to guarantee us through the Bill of Rights and the Constitution.

And it is your (and the Tea Party's) "spirit of independence" that scares the crap out of all those--including so many Rinos--who are part of the "ruling class", and who are fighting to preserve the Federal System which is the biggest of all "usurpers"!

It’s almost a start. No matter Obama’s reasons for doing the right thing, take while it lasts. ...Come the election, I hope we get someone with the courage to go all the way back to Nixon’s EPA boondoggle, and start eliminating bad and excessive regulations.
