The U.S. Attorney for Arizona resigns in disgrace this week and Politico writer Josh Gerstein wrings his hands in a show of great concern over the future political viability of this Democrat. First a little background from Michelle Malkin in NewsBusters about U.S. Attorney Dennis Burke of Operation Fast and Furious notoriety:
There's been only one visible Fast and Furious resignation: U.S. Attorney Dennis Burke in Phoenix, who quietly stepped down on Tuesday. One of his last acts? Opposing the request of murdered Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry's family to qualify as crime victims in a court case against the thug who bought the Fast and Furious guns used in Terry's murder.

Josh Gerstein would better spend his time wringing his hands over the future of the Republic.
Burke was thrown under the bus because Holder needed to throw him under the bus. Burke will no doubt advance in due time with a properly rewarded position.
The House hearings need to focus on impeaching Holder.
The House needs to focus on Holder and his boss Obama. That's what would be happening if this were a Republican President and the MSM would be on it every day.
What did he know and when did he know it?
Impeaching Obama would be dumb at this point. Focus on Holder but make sure to keep bringing up what Obama knew so the whole country will know before the election. Then impeach Obama if he is somehow re-elected.
