We have an asset that is simply this, quantity is its own edge of quality for a strategic defense.

Out of something of 330 million Americans I dare say there will be quite a few willing to boycott anything with the union label.

And that means some very popular big box stores such as Walmart. Arguably Walmart has power, but then again Walmart isn’t really the target here, to me in this context and for the time being they are harmless.

What if it was decided to have just a single day of not buying anything from Walmart all across America, just one single day....

Sure Walmart isn’t the real enemy here but they are practically the most powerful. And when they see the response from ticked off America they in turn will decide who to go after in order for them to not be viewed as the opposition.

They can and will protect their “profit margins”.

I won’t simply go after the union label, I will go after the chain store that sells it.

RE :”Even while successfully implementing the most radical leftist agenda this country has ever known, Barack Obama, the Messiah of the radical, socialist left, has taken some big body blows. Frustrated, disillusioned, and angry, the liberal wing of the Democratic party is becoming unhinged day by day as they witness the meltdown. They believe Obama caved to Republicans on the debt deal. He caved on taxing the rich. He caved on new smog regulations, and, embarrassingly, he caved to House Speaker John Boehner when attempting to schedule a speech to a joint session of Congress on the same evening as a Republican presidential debate. In the midst of plummeting poll numbers, Obama has been behaving like a beaten man. He still talks the talk, but the left is petrified that their man is not capable of walking the walk, and that he's all but ready to cave once again and virtually concede the 2012 presidential election to those evil Republicans.

This is a good place as any to put your periodic DU laugh supporting the above. As usual the posted comments are priceless, they really seem to think they are screwed with Obama in 2012 with no options, and very pessimistic about Thursday's campaign/ 'jobs' speech.

What Democrats can do about Obama: A Democrat argues that 2012 nomination should be debated(Sep-06-11 DU post with comments)

We all know that this kind of talk does not work, you know like Negative Campaigning that NEVER Works it just makes people mad. Im so sick of this CRAP,every election its the same old S..t!

Last time the Pubbies had control it seems they too spent like drunk sailors on shore leave after a nine month sea leg.
Ya think they can control themselves if they take control once again???

I’m not worried. Our side believes in private gun ownership. BRING IT ON!

This I believe is what is happening. They can envision the future and they see know way to avoid it. I expect a certain amount of violence from the unions and maybe the college crowd.
The election will be a complete repudiation of everything they stand for.

Frustrated, disillusioned, and angry, liberals are becoming unhinged as they witness the Obama meltdown---and the complete failure of their "whacked-out progressive agenda." Dems saw Obama cave to Republicans on the debt deal, taxing the rich, smog regulations, and, embarrassingly, to Speaker Boehner WRT scheduling his speech to Congress.

LAUGH BREAK MSNBC’s Matt Miller offered a list of synonyms for cave: “Buckle, fold, concede, bend, defer, submit, give in, knuckle under, kowtow, surrender, yield, comply, capitulate.”

ROTFL----all of them describe O to a tee.

The war being waged by Obama and liberals is the war against the private sector. The private sector rose up and smote them in the 2010 elections, and I think we are content to wait him out and oust him in 2012.

If there is any violence, as other posters on this thread have stated, it will be limited to blue inner-city areas, and I’m not so sure there’s much appetite for violence there either. Obama has become an embarrassment to blacks and even the government handout dependent classes instinctively sense they may be better off without him.

Obama has already been effectively neutered. I don’t see any violence in the offing. He’ll go out with a whimper, not a bang.

I said, right after Florida 2000, that within 8 years the Democrats would have an SA (stormtroopers) because they no longer believed that simple arithmetical vote counting produced a legitimate outcome.

Nothing since then has changed my mind. Just listen to the constant litany of warlike talk.

And history suggests that they will be very successful. The organized Republicans are not prepared for war. Not in the least.

Look at the "candidates" reaction to Arizona. Look at their reaction to Hoffa. Nothing.

That's because Romney, Perry, and perhaps Bachmann believe that, with the right candidate winning the election, we can go back to the way we were. A little civility, a little "can't we all just get along", and everything will be fine.

Except that the Democrats have been transformed into a "votes plus" movement, the "plus" being some sort of direct action.

If a president goes wacko and violates the constitution and refuses to step down, what is the Secret Services responsibility?

Carefully implied calls for lawlessness and threats of violence are raining in from Obama's radical leftist buddies.....

And IMO they should be careful of where they wish said violence to 'rain'.

I know one thing for sure.
He could NEVER use the following song for his 2012 campaign.
Tom Petty: 'I Won't Back Down'

Gotta have a song, its mandatory now.
But Barry needs one with 'Surrender' in it ;-)

o'bummer's 2012 Campaign Strategy: War?

...History is clear. Liberals have done this kind of thing before. And for the sake of four more years of Barack (Hussein) o'bummer, they seem willing to do it again.
