Prison awaits former Fast and Furious US Attorney Dennis Burke Part 2

As White House and Department of Justice architects of Fast and Furious were frankly counting on their Gunwalking scheme to end in murder, it is perhaps ironic that it was the December 15th shooting death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry which rang down the curtain on their enterprise, led Dennis Burke to his final criminal misadventures and brought the Operation into public view.

Burke’s office had spent a year making certain ATF efforts in Fast and Furious would come to naught. But now an American agent was dead and it was imperative no connection be made between that crime and the Operation.

ATF higher-ups instantly suspected that Fast and Furious acquired weapons had been used by the gang of Mexican illegals involved in Terry’s murder.

And sure enough, hastily run NTC (National Tracing Center) serial number traces performed on two rifles found at the scene showed they had been purchased by Jaime Avila–a straw purchaser and DOJ-known participant in Fast and Furious–on January 16th of 2010.

But arresting Avila on charges of contributing to the death of Terry would not only reveal the Fast and Furious connection, it would raise the question of why Avila had not been arrested earlier for illegal firearms purchases.

And then the fact the US Attorney’s office had been stonewalling the investigation of ATF field agents might come out.

This is how the house of cards will begin to fall in this scandal: prison time. Once the threat of hard time becomes a reality, look for folks to begin trying to save their own skin. That’s when it’ll get real interesting.

Oh, I also believe this goes all the way to the top.

prison time.

Only for the little people. This will come to nothing and we should all know it, we have seen it all before. Ruby Ridge, Waco?

Thanks for this REALLY GREAT post. Part One of the article contains the following devastating information about Dennis Burke, fta:

Chief of Staff to former Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano, Burke moved to Washington, D.C. as her Senior Adviser when Napolitano was chosen to head up Homeland Security, acquiring along the way all the political clout necessary to become Obama’s pick as US Attorney.(My emphasis.)

And when the dependably dishonest, liberal “yes man” was named to the post in September of 2009, Barack Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder knew another indispensable Department of Justice operative was in place for the implementation of Operation Fast and Furious.

So now we learn Burke was Big Sis' chief of staff in AZ and moved to DC to become her "Senior Adviser," only two organizational levels away form the Illegal himself, and was appointed to the U.S. Attorney position by the Illegal. IOW he was in the perfect line from the Illegal, Holder, and Big Sis to implement the Gunwalker criminal conspiracy. Thus, his position and background show he was no ordinary U.S. Attorney working away anonymously in the sicks, but was actually the on the ground implementer of a criminal conspiracy conceived and developed by the Illegal, Holder, and Big Sis, all of whom had to know exactly what was going on.

From the FBI to the ATF to the US Attorney’s office, the Holder Department of Justice handled Fast and Furious all the way. Yet little Eric never knew a THING about it!!! Both he and Hussein were just shocked when the news broke. Shocked.

Such is the arrogance of the left that resignation from office is believed to be the most enduring sacrifice any liberal can be expected to make. But this “out of sight, out of mind” tactic on the part of former US Attorney Dennis Burke will fool no one.

His days of freedom are numbered.

I hope this "dependably dishonest, liberal “yes man” sings his worthless guts out.
