I’ve talked to them both about gardisil. They know they need it before them become sexually active, and they know that I am hoping that will be after they are 18 years old.

Brilliant....after 18 they will be immune to cervical cancer....

There is no medical test for autism; it is strictly based on observation of behavior - the realm of psychology, hardly a rigorous science.

Since there was a parental op-out provision, the only 12 year old girl that would be "forced to have a government injection through an executive order" would be a 12 year old girl whose father is Texas Governor Rick Perry.

Sorry, but my red-flag goes up when someone not only entertains the thought of mandating a vaccine, but actually orders it to be done against the will of the people. It speaks volumes about his view on the role of government, and it ain't pretty.

It's so early - why are you all so desperate to jump in with both feet and ignore the little signs that pop up? That's exactly what the average voters did when electing Obama. Many were screaming about the signs and outright actions and words by Obama that were a clear signal of what a disaster he would be, yet they were shrugged off, glossed over and basically ignored.

I'm not saying Perry is anything like Obama, just that I don't see why we have to be in such a hurry to defend when we may have to back off. I prefer to hold my judgment, keep my eyes and ears wide open, and most importantly listen to what is actually said by the candidates, not what I think I hear because it's what I want to hear.

No. They will be adults and can make informed decisions on their own.

That is the whole point, our bodies are never deficient in any of these drugs. The sophistication and the importance of it is to justify the cost of production and marketing. Lately, many nutritional products are performing just as well, if not better than pharmaceuticals in clinical trials, as long as proper dosages are maintained.

In response to your second point. There are currently multiple pieces of legislation introduced, particularly by congressman Waxman of California, that are threatening our access to dietary supplements. DSHEA, is now under a new attack. Ever heard of Codex Alimentarius? Google Dr. Methias Rath. Its real and they have a dangerous agenda.

Now the host cell contains human DNA as well as genetically engineered viral DNA.”

What happens when a human cell contains "100% natural" HPV DNA?

Maybe it can qualify to participate in the USDA Certified Organic program?

It is not that vitamin C competes with a pharmaceutical. It is that those who take care of their micronutrient deficiencies, however minute, tend to not need pharmaceuticals and do not get disease.

Yes, some natural supplements are analogues to sophisticated pharmaceuticals. For instance, the Bayer Corporation took the molecule of Salycin from the Willow Bark Tree. It is the active ingredient in aspirin. Since they could not patent the natural product, they skewed the end of the molecule. This, in effect, causes our bodies to reject the molecules, thus causing a small amount of hemmoraging to occur in many unknowing users. It also negatively affects our kidneys. But anything to create a patent able product. Hey, maybe that’s why they want to make it harder for us to access dietary supplements.

The tests are for mitochondrial dysfunction, which is appearing in a variety of disorders which up until this point have been classified as "imaginary." (Excuse me, "the realm of psychology.") There is not a test for autism, but they are doing mitochondrial testing at a lab near me that they are using to help identify and treat autism. They are using a mitochondrial test in the UK called an ATP Profile test that shows that CFS has a legitimate physical basis.

The HPV is not communicable other than by having sex, and as such, doesn't seem to present as much of an acute health risk, which makes it even less justifiable for forcible vaccination in my mind.

CDC: "Approximately 20 million Americans are currently infected with HPV. Another 6 million people become newly infected each year. HPV is so common that at least 50% of sexually active men and women get it at some point in their lives."

I can easily imagine a scenario in which one of your children could pick this up from a spouse who didn't want to admit stuff.

Yes it is. Some people think that a teen who has pre-marital sex should die from cancer and/or other STD’s for her sins.

Teens and young adults truly don't understand the consequences - no one ever told me about HPV. I never heard of it until I was much older, and now I know that half of Americans have been exposed, and that a kid's chances of catching it are really high.

I'm an enormous conservative, but I'm sick and tired of my lady friends and their vaccine phobias. Babies are dying from measles because of this stuff.

Smallpox vaccination goes all the way back to George Washington, who ordered his Continental Army regulars to be vaccinated.
