I have been in the habit of carrying an extra copy or two of the Constitution with me...I have had the opportunity to give some away to young people who do not know what is in the Supreme Law of the Land.

Last week, I began including a copy of the Constitution with a GOOD TIP at a restaurant.

I've just found the NCCS on the 'net, providing pocket Constitutions at a price LOWER than anywhere I've seen--cheaper than Heritage Foundation or CATO Institute.

I encourage you all to find ways to spread these little pocket Constitutions around your world. (No, I don't own stock in the printer or the NCCS!)

The Boy Scouts used to hand out pocket copies of the Constitution. I used to carry one everywhere. Once I overheard some people arguing about the Constitution and it was fun to be so well prepared for this moment. Of course these days almost everyone has instant access to the Constitution through the Internet. But I can see that these small pocket copies are still nice to have.

On the National Center for Constitutional Studies, you also can download free copies of a few of the "Our Ageless Constitution" essays outlining the principles underlying the Declaration of Independence and Constitution by clicking on the link provided at the bottom of NCCS's home page.
