They can argue the numbers and obviously it is only an estimate. However, I think it is a fact that more than 28 condors and eagles have been killed by one turbine farm in California alone.

It will be interesting to see if the oil company defends itself in court using this argument.

I was not able to find any verification of that statement, but I did find this:

These aren’t condors and Eagles, they are migratory waterfowl or songbirds.
