Looks like he’s learning how not to fall into the media’s trap.
I do worry if he has enough of an organization and money to be able to compete. I think if he can win (or even place second or third) in Iowa, he can start raising more cash, but it still concerns me that he can’t do that.
I don’t think money will be such a problem, as it has been previously.
Remember, Sarah was outspent on every election she had and won.....and also the “outsider” with no real political experience.

Perhaps this is the beginning of a bad end. Time will tell.
That is my concern as well.
If he is serious about his run, he needs to line up big donors and get campaign chiefs in all the states. He hasn't done much of either yet.
If he proves he is serious, I'll go all in for him. If he is just going through the motions, then Romney is the main guy who benefits because he is the best funded and best organized.
Since a Romney candidacy would be a disaster for the country, I hope Cain starts making some concrete moves very soon in order to build the infrastructure he is going to need to go all the way.
No serious money donors and fundraisers would give him a penny. His money has to come from the RED MEAT crowds but it would not be enough for him to compete in the primaries let alone the general elections. A person who has not been elected to any government position before is not going to be nominated let alone be elected President. He appeals only to the RED MEAT crowd who only care about red meat bumper sticker rhetoric but there are not enough of them to give him the nomination let alone the Presidency.
