This will only happen if the ‘rats see that ‘bammers is going to lose in a huge landslide and take most of them with him.

THEY’LL be the ones that push for him to be disqualified so they can get another candidate on the ballot.

They did something like this in NY, IIRC, when their candidate was imprisoned, and they got some judge to rule that it wouldn’t be fair to enforce the election rules that the replacement candidate had to meet filing deadlines.

Pelosi will do everything in her power to keep this from happening. If he's proved ineligible, her head will roll. Remember, she already sent out the DNC letter begging for funds to defend democrats from forthcoming investigations. She may as well have announced their guilt on National TV at dinnertime.
