To me this seems to say, We aren't going there, it's not within the scope of what we're ruling on.

Agreed, but they referenced there was information available that clearly defines what the Constitution did not expressly state. At the time of the framers there was NO ambiguity about what a “natural-born” citizen was.

That is a child born in the country to 2 citizen parents.....

Obozo is NOT and has never been Constitutionally qualified to serve as President, unless his father is other than BHO, Sr. Which is very possible, and may even be probable. The problem with that logic is, if there is a birth record with BHO, Sr listed as the father (whether or not he was the biological father) BHO, Sr. would still be his father under the law.
