Cain could take this more personal than you’d think. Cain left the Democrats, so goes his account, because they were so mule headed about insisting they politically owned American Negros. That would be like Republicans insisting they politically owned all white people. Cain’s place sure ain’t on the Democrat plantation and he could deal them a zinger or two to make sure the Democrats don’t forget it.

Effective executives don’t take things personally. They ruthlessly weed out the ineffective, deactivate the opposition, and institute effective remediation. He was a turnaround manager. Anyone who states that he doesn’t have experience in dealing with politics has not experienced the corporate milieu.
