so it’s okay to trash a church because in some areas there have been times when the church opposes a union running telling it’s non profit hospitals how to run things?

Statistice please, not just anecdotes...it’s a pretty big church.

And compare it with the number of other non profit hospitals stopping unions...

The dirty little secret is that a good union makes it impossible to fire incompetent nurses, aides etc. I’ve worked for gov’t health care facilities and had to run through hoops to get rid of incompetent personnel...

I have no problem with how the Church selects its workers for projects; it is never OK to trash a church building, and have no problem with execution for anyone who would. Unions make it nearly impossible to fire anyone in any unionized workplace, not just hospitals.

I’m explaining their rationale, not excusing it.
