I lived in Texas for no less than 5 years, and of the various jobs I held there was always the same old story, wages are low and if you don’t like it hit the road because someone else will do the job, possibly even cheaper.

Sure texas has jobs, low paying jobs, I mean really low wages.

I am earning in the mid 6 figures, and the company I work for was born and bred it the great state of Texas.

You might try digging yourself out of that rut you so happily claim you are stuck in. Blaming the state of Texas for your lack of ambition is laughable, as well as obvious!

I bet you also enjoyed the law taxes and low cost of living here too. And there’s one thing for sure. If you can’t make it in Texas, you’re not going to be a success much anywhere else because your cost of living is going to be much greater. Sounds like you have a spending problem, not an income problem.
