No girls have been "killed" by Rick Perry and his EO that was issued in order to get health insurance to help cover the costs of the shots (an EO that also made it easier for parents to opt-out of vaccines). No cancer vaccines were given -- the legislature overturned the EO.

Did you know that millions of women around the world have been vaccinated against these most common HPV strains?
Did you know that 500,000 women are diagnosed with HPC worldwide and that 250,000 women die yearly from cervical cancer?

That may or may not be true, but the overriding fact that they were not administered the drug by EXECUTIVE ORDER does put somewhat of a damper on your argument.
