Video from debate: Gingrich Attacks #OWS Protesters as Clueless About History

Repeating his questions to Mitt Romney and Rick Perry on whether companies can both be profitable and create jobs, CNBC's Jim Cramer followed up by asking former Speaker Newt Gingrich if companies can do both as well. Gingrich responded by slamming the media and Occupy Wall Street protesters for not understanding American history and Newt's view that apparently it's corporations that have made the United States the greatest country in the world.

No one can string words together like Newt.
My only concern about Gingrich is that he can come across as arrogant.
Torn between Cain/Gingrich. Hopefully one of the two wins Iowa and that will be my candidate.

My only concern about Gingrich is that he can come across as arrogant. Maria Bartiromo was the arrogant one in my opinion.

I like Maria and I like Newt. Little differences...that’s it. I may very well vote Newt in California, but I doubt that will effect the overall ripple throughout the nation.

Newt is currently the most astute politician running for President...but, can he overcome his personal demons(horny as a hound dog is not a plus in this day and age)to become a viable candidate? And most importantly is just how much conservatism is left in his core values....he can slide left in a futile attempt to lure moderate dem voters which will cost him most conservatives which would force him to go McCain and pick a Sarah Palin wannabe as VP. And at this point there just isn't an equal to Sarah other than Bachman(and she seems to be doing all the wrong things to raise her name.) Romney/Perry here we come.

DITTO on both sentences. And, hopefully, whomever wins will appoint the other to a Cabinet position.

Newt Gingrich is a Roman Catholic convert now and married to his Roman Catholic wife, Calista. Unfortunately, she reminds a lot of us of Cindy McCain and she also loves the spot light. He is a changed man and let the lamesteam try to go at him again. As demonstrated by the backlash against the lamestream, we, and the lecctorate at large, are in no mood for such vile distractions, particularly such vile rehashings in one’s past.

Never said I was excited about a Romney/Perry ticket did I? Your choices are so much easier to stomach. I just don't believe that Rubio is ready to make the commitment...this year.

And, hopefully, whomever wins will appoint the other to a Cabinet position. I'd say there is about a 90% chance that one would pick the other to be in their cabinet, Newt and Cain have a long time friendship that goes back a decade. I wouldn't be surprised (actually I would expect it) if one picked the other to be V.P. (assuming Newt is claiming his residency in Virginia and not Georgia).
