I believe the quickest to this mess....is to let the Mexican government file charges on a dozen folks involved. They should demand them to be extradited to Mexico. They might not be able to prove anything with Holder, but I suspect that as a couple of guys arrive in Mexico and get introduced to their version of justice....they will tell the entire story.
I seriously doubt that the President will want to invoke any Presidential power....mostly because he can’t prevent charges from another country coming into effect.
I thought there was a Subpoena, and they ignored it? Seems to me that the Department is in Contempt of Congress, I would think?

Mmmm, the things the mob can do to stop anyone from going against their wishes are to say the least, frightening. Take for instance, when then AG Bobby Kennedy was fighting organized crime had Carlos Marcello taken in to custody by the FBI and transported to a country in S. America where Carlos had once claimed he was a citizen. Carlos was dropped in the middle of the jungle and left to survive on his own. Long story short, Carlos survived, the Kennedy brothers, John and Robert did not.
