I agree. People who might have been interested in occupying DC for the reasons you mention have been drifted away.
All that’s left is the FSA.
REALLY DUMB QUESION:
What do the occupiers want to have happen? What are the very specific demands they have, upon fulfillment of which they would take their diseases and go home? Do they even know?
(It goes without saying that I am not saying to meet their demands, but I’ll say it anyway.)
