I am. Been to see them a couple of times. They got graffiti-ed by some kids a while back. BTW, number 7, "Avoid petty laws and useless officials." completely nullifies the rest of them, since an oppressive level of government would be necessary to accomplish any of them.

What business is it of any person or group to dictate how many people are to be allowed to live on the planet? The number of people on the planet doesn’t have as much of an impact as the behavior of those people. And the “population under 500 million” one is also something Turner has been known to say
