Hussein is trying to re-write the law by having the IRS create a "rule" that makes "premium assistance" available in *all* exchanges, not just federal ones...so the Department of the Treasury is now trying to CREATE assistance.

Disgusting, and we ought to call attention to Hussein's attempt to re-write the law.

There are no longer co-equal branches of government. There are no longer Constitutionally enumerated powers. This is no longer a Constitutional Republic.

Where are our conservative (R) congressmen who should be howling about this? I wonder.
