The AP has been leading their updates with the Gingrich Fan & Fred story all day. More media cheerleading for Romney alternatives, of course. Because they’re so petrified.
To: Windflier
As JimRob said, if you support Romney, you’re not welcome on Free Republic.
That includes Ann Coulter. We don’t want or need Romneybots on here, if we can help it!

Mittens may be the inevitable nominee. No one I know on here wants to get behind him if he is. Coulter should know better - he’s not exactly Mr. Popular with rank and file conservatives.

The problem, GS, is that he’s flopped back and forth a few times on both abortion and gay unions.

In fact, somebody will run Third Party if Mitt is nominee, and I predict they will get 10-15% of the vote....the question is who.....Sarah....Donald?

Im afraid the GOP establishment learned nothing from the defeat of McCain and it has forgotten everything.I'm afraid the GOP establishment is complicit in the takeover of America.

No one is worried Romney will double-cross us on repealing Obamacare.

If the GOP foists Romney on us, it will lead to the birth of a new political party. You can take that to the bank. Three quarters of voters on the right do not want this snake oil salesman to be their president, and will be highly motivated to nominate their own candidate, should the GOP foist this liberal on us.
Just what was the point of the Tea Party rebellion, if we're just going to turn around and nominate an unrepentant big government liberal for president? In my view, the people are still in a state of rebellion, and will not support this establishment tool. They'll go completely 'rogue', if it comes to that.

I don't need to read it, I saw her say just about the same thing on Hannity yesterday. Hannity was eating it up also.
I think they're both infected with a severe case of ABBO (anybody but Barack Obama) and they have swallowed hook, line and sinker the liberal media's claim that only Romney can defeat Obama.

What it says is Coulter has changed and become a moderate.
I still have same philosophy and core convictions about life as I did when I was 30.

Go away Coulter, a long, long, long way away. She must be shacking up with her best friend Bill Maher.
