Don’t expect Mitt Romney to backtrack on his Massachusetts health-care plan at any point this election cycle.
“I am sure there are many people who have calculated, and perhaps correctly, that the healthcare plan I put in place in Massachusetts is not good for me politically, and if I want to encourage my political future, I should say it was a mistake and walk away from it,” Romney told Fox Business Network host Neil Cavuto in an interview set to air later tonight.
“You have seen a lot of candidates look at their biggest vulnerability, call it a mistake, and ask for forgiveness,” Romney continued. “In my case that wouldn’t be honest.”
He affirmed that he believes the health-care program was the “right thing” for Massachusetts then, although he conceded that it hasn’t “worked perfectly.”
“If it hurts me politically, it’s a consequence of the truth,” Romney added. “I am not going to walk away from that. It’s right for states to come up with their own solutions. I doubt other people are going try and follow the one we put together. Maybe learn from our experience. Maybe come up with something better. But the wrong course is to have the federal government impose its will on the entire nation.”

She bashes Newt then says we must vote Romney to repeal Obamacare. WTF? Does she honestly believe ROMNEY of all people will repeal Obamacare? LOL LOL LOL!
For anyone who lived in Massachusetts when it was happening it was quite clear that it was going to happen with Romney or without Romney. He had two choices, he could threaten veto and let the Democrats pass whatever the hell they wanted right over his veto (easily done in Massachusetts) or he could engage. Today, nobody in Massachusetts is talking about repealing RomenyCare so for the majority party Commies in Massachusetts, this probably was the right thing and of course legal under the 10th amendment. Too bad for Romney, he should have run for Governor of NH instead of Massachusetts and he could have avoided this issue. ;-)
No, she doesn't believe it or anything else that she isn't paid to believe. She is a paid actress in a little black dress made to get the attention of venerable sheep who want to believe, as is Romney an actor, salesman, con job specialist for the progressive movement. They are made to look just "rightish" enough to make you agree to give up all of you liberties to the big "hovernment".
I will vote for anyone but the Marxist Kenyan. My first choice decided not to run but she said “ ANYONE BUT OBAMA” and that’s my choice too. I would never vote for Romney in the primary and Cain is my first choice but honestly, I don’t think he’s going to make it so I’m beginning to lean a bit toward Newt because I think he will destroy Barry Soetoro in the debates.... if the Kenyan will debate him. That narcissist may just say he isn’t participating in any debates.

There isn’t a conservative bone in his body. Some people just don’t get it and some get it but don’t care because they are just GOP and not really conservatives.

The problem for Romney is that making a good argument in the general election doesn't do much good if you've alienated too many conservatives to win the primary.

Conventional and traditional Republican elitism dictates to you that should you be the nominee, us hick-ass WalMart Republicans will follow suit, toe the line, and begrudgingly vote for you if the MSM, the elitist Republican establishment and your secret love [Democrat Party] succeed in trashing the rest of the current Republican candidate slate.
Well, I’ll tell you now, you are wrong, wrong, wrong. I’ll be goddamed if I vote for you - ever! I’ll not vote for President in that case. We’ll just suffer another 4 years and likely be presented with an Armageddon of Freedom when Obama feels he’s consolidated his power enough. I’ll just have to be content to be one of the front line casualties, then.
My God this girl HAS to be POTUS. I’m reading now about how she had to close her trading firm because of Corazine ripping off the money, and she beautifully rips him a new a-hole along with the Noobama regime.. I can’t believe I’ve never heard of her.
