Republican Congressman Connie Mack changed his mind late last month about challenging longtime Democratic Senator Bill Nelson in 2012, and now he finds himself with a modest edge over the incumbent in the first Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Florida’s U.S. Senate race.

The latest statewide telephone survey of Likely Voters in the state shows Mack with 43% to Nelson’s 39%.

at this point Nelson not even breaking 40% let alone being under incumbent safety level of 50% is pitiful.

And it’s a state they don’t own, so it’s harder for them to find boxes of votes in Leeroy’s trunk

does this account for the illegals, snow birds who use their vacation address and the dead in my state?

I’d love to get rid of Nelson and wasserman.
Wsserman even more and no doubt the medicare scare and SS scare to the elderly will be played out by AARP, the left and the Dems

Nelson is a lefty.

Whatsername got an opponent for the first time in 2010. And Karen got a lot of votes for this purple gerry-mandered county.

I plan on volunteering in Karen’s office for at least a month before the election.

See tagline please.

He's a liberal who divorced his wife and hooked up with Sonny Bono's widow and lives with her in D.C. on the taxpayers' dime and visits the House between cocktail parties.

He's a terrific representative of everything that's wrong with hereditary politics & the political establishment.

Is it just me, or does Bill Nelson look like one of those animatronic figures when talks?

Seriously, there’s something unnatural about the way the guy moves his eyebrows...
