Foreign nationals or foreign citizens, who illegally entered and are illegally living in the US, should never be given the coveted prize of US citizenship. Legal Permanent residency? Maybe, upon conditions, such as they have lived in the US a long number of years, have children born in the US, which makes the child a dual citizen of both the US and the parent’s country of citizenship. And that while living illegally in the US, they have not committed any crimes and have proof that they conducted themselves during those years, as worthy of being allowed legal US residency which means they can become legal US residents of foreign citizenship.
Every illegal alien who has worked in the United States has committed one or more of the following crimes: ID Theft, Document Fraud, Social Security Fraud, Employment (I-9 Form) Fraud, and Conspiracy to Violate Immigration Laws.
