BTW Kennedy lost his chance to become president (or get shot) because of the drowning of Mary Jo. He didn’t get away with it entirely.
As for Cain, who needs this it isn’t like he has much of a chance for the nomination anyway. Once he became credible the flaws in his ideas and campaign become obvious to all but the most blinded or desperate.

If she didn’t die he may very well have become POTUS and can you imagine that hell? We think Carter or Obama are the worst? Think of where we would be if that alcohol induced psychotic were POTUS.
