Eva Longoria=LaRaza....nuff said.
How do you “counterfeit” a gold coin, when gold weighs almost twice as much as lead?
If it’s the right size, it’s the wrong weight, and vice versa.
Who ?
69 million American voters and lots of illegal Mexicans.
I see you have been to San Antonio!
So? Some of them are good-looking, some not so much. But so what? The rest of us are still human. What's your point?

Methanol is not the easy switch proponents claim.
It isn’t terrible -just not as easy as claimed.
If you want real fun - look into CNG.Very low technical and safety risks, and infrastructure (natural gas distribution) already in place. Also - domestic supply.
I could do it tomorrow - with improved engine reliability.
It isn't very hard to make coin dies, and when you are dealing with coins made from $1750 an ounce gold they would be counterfeited.
Hilarious title. I’m trying to imagine this bimbo “taking on” Newt in any philosophical or intellectual issue. Butter knife to a gun fight.
Methanol is a poor, low energy fuel. We won’t be going to that until ALL the oil and Nat gas is gone... and, that’s going to be a VERY long time..
I think Newt’s got a GREAT point here. There is NOTHING wrong with teenager’s working. It’s a GOOD thing.
I have been working since I was 13 years old..
The high Min Wage has ended this practice.
Who cares what she says...
You do it right and a gallon of methanol will take your car as far as 2/3 gallon of gasoline which is pretty OK in my book. Just give cars a larger fuel tank
Methanol Wins - Robert Zubrin - National Review Online
First, I ran the car on 100 percent methanol. This required replacing the fuel-pump seal made of Viton, which is not methanol compatible, with one made of Buna-N, which is. The new part cost 41 cents, retail. In order to take proper advantage of methanols very high octane rating (about 109), I advanced the timing appropriately. This dramatically improved the motor efficiency and allowed the ordinarily sedate sedan to perform with a significantly more sporty spirit. As measured on the dyno, horsepower increased 10 percent. With these modifications complete, I took my Cobalt out for a road test. The result: 24.6 miles per gallon. When I first made the bet, many commentators thought that I would aim for high-efficiency performance with high-octane fuel by increasing the compression ratio of the engine (which is how race-car drivers using methanol have done it for the past half-century). However, with modern cars using electronic fuel injection, this is unnecessary. Instead, the necessary changes to the engine can be made simply by adjusting the Engine Control Unit software. Thus, except for switching the fuel-pump seal as noted above, no physical changes to the car were required.
Newt has a few problems, this is one of them. Depending on who gets the eventual nomination, we can come up with a list of problems for our nominee and hopefully it will get back to them and they can work on it. Newt has a LONG list, any of which could be used against him to torpedo his eventually candidacy. And I'm not even talking about his "baggage", just personality problems.
And I am NOT a Newt basher, in fact, he is at the top of my list at this point, I find much to like about him. I am not naive enough to believe that any one is perfect.
Gold and silver coinage and a gold standard. Gold coins, and even silver, would be impractical today with the price of gold. Within weeks the market would be flooded with counterfeit coins.
Nice post. Not just that, but if you DESIGN an engine to use Methanol, there are various tricks you can use to increase the efficiency. One of them is to increase the compression ratio. This would cause the engine to produce more torque at all RPM's, allowing you to change the transmission ratio's to lower to RPM at any speed, which would increase the MPG substantially. There are trick where you could use the vaporization of methanol to do cool things, like extract extra heat energy from the piston. Methanol is a nasty liquid though..
All you need to do is ride around on a stick of dynamite and you can refuel in your house if you have eight hours to waste. And the ability to get your fellow tax payers to help foot the bill.
Most all rare coins today are counterfeited. Just do a search and you will see plenty of examples.
Any good toolmaker can make exact copies of coin dies in one day. An EDM will burn an exact copy using an original coin as an electrode.
Why not build a car with engine optimized for methanol but is able to use gasoline as a back up. Just won’t burn gasoline as well as an engine intended for gasoline. Put that option out there and you would get buyers, all depending on the price of methanol and how easy it is to find a gas station that carries methanol. Need that methanol distribution infrastructure.
